    • What payment methods do you accept?
    • Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency. Credit/Debit cards are available at checkout through the secure PayPal gateway "pay with credit or debit card".
    • What is the status of my order?
    • Your order is shipped within 24-72 hours and will be delivered to your address. Check your tracking number and or contact support at sales@dronemonkie.com for more info on your order.
    • Where do you ship from?
    • We ship our products worldwide, primarily coming from the US and from China. However we may ship some products from Russia and Italy.
    • Which currency will I be charged in?
    • USD.
    • Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
    • Refer a customer that purchases within 30 days to receive 20% off your order. You can send proof/documentation of referrals to sales@dronemonkie.com.
    • Do you have physical stores?
    • No, we are an eCommerce store but may open a retail store in the Bay Area coming soon.
